Return & Exchange Policy for GLAZED WORLD
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not available for GLAZED Ice Rollers unless the item is faulty.
Return Policy for Faulty Items:
If your ice roller is faulty or damaged, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange. Please see the terms below:
- Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
- Any signs of wear or damage will result in the return being rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.
